What is your greatest strength?

My greatest strength is my ability to influence and build strong relationships with my peers and business partners.

Who has influenced you the most?

My former manager whom I worked with for over 10 years. She was a great people leader and a truly dynamic individual who inspires to me to this day. I was also greatly influenced by my former CEO who has been a mentor to me. Both individuals have greatly impacted the financial services industry and the communities we serve.

What drove you each day?

The people and the culture drove me each day. I thrive on enagement, teamwork and helping people accomplish things they never thought possible.

What is your greatest accomplishment?

Outside of my children, my greatest professional accomplishment is being and part of a team that grew our organization from $200M to $1.13B in assets in just 16 years. It took a lot of challenging work, and it was an honor to have been an integral part of that growth.
